Schools and soccer practice has started, and so has the countdown to the MTC HopSol Youth Soccer League kickoff thus the team Administrators, Managers , Coordinators and Coaches are requested to register their respective teams/clubs.

For planning purposes the MTC HopSol Youth League admin needs the following information from the Clubs or Schools as soon as possible

Club/ Team Registration form 2021

• This form needed to be filled in with ALL the details of your club or school. An indication of the age group you wished to enter was required. THIS FORM NEEDED TO REACH THE OFFICE LATEST BY Monday, 08 February 2021.

MTC HopSol Team List 2021

• This document needs to be filled in neatly and precise, best electronically. The Team List together with the Player Pass of all players and relevant attachments must reach us latest by 8 March 2021!

Player Pass Registration 2021

• All players that join your club or school in 2021 must have a new player pass.
• Players that were part of your club in 2020 and will feature on your 2021 team list – those player passes must be handed in to be signed off for 2021 as well.
• For players that left your club/school the following rules are in place: original hard copy of the player pass with the relevant release letter must be returned to the MTC HSYL admin office. The pass does not go with the player please.
• Players passes must be completed correctly and in full, we want to update our data base. Email addresses and mobile numbers are important. (Not from the coach or Club).
• No staples may be used, only paper clips to attach birth certificates and the passport photo.
• Passport Photo for u17/19 must be a recent photo, not baby or kindergarten photos please- new players.
• The Registration fee is NAD 75 per player! The Fees are Payable before the kick-off date. Invoices will be sent out. No pay, no play.
• The following must be attached to the Player Pass: certified copy of the birth certificate and two passport photos.

U19 Boys

The league will accommodate the U19 boys in 2021 again, further to the format information will be send out in due course.

Start of the League

The kick off of the league will be confirmed as soon as all relevant information is captured and it will be communicated thereafter.
